Staff’s educational and programmatic backgrounds provide a rich resource for high quality intervention and assistance for people and their families.

Community Support Staff have received training in the principles of Person Centered Practices, Self Determination, Everyday Lives, Individual Choice, Community Integration and Inclusion and Positive Approaches including all areas of training as required by the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs.

Out & About, LLC is comprised of people who have devoted their professional and personal lives to people who have Intellectual Disabilities, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, and other Severely Handicapping conditions. The Out & About staff retention rate is among the highest, at, on average, nearly seven years working with our organization. Our staff offer stability, reliability, and devotion to the people with whom they work.
